Prices exclude VAT. EU VAT and reverse charge are handled at checkout; supply a VAT number and it appears on your invoice from us.
Questions worth asking first
What counts against the quota?
One imported Stripe balance transaction. Generating an export from transactions you have already imported is free, so you can re-export a corrected period without paying twice.
What happens when I hit the limit?
The sync returns HTTP 402 with the used and limit values and imports nothing further. Transactions already imported stay, and the counter resets at the start of each UTC month.
How long do you keep the files?
As long as the plan's retention window. GoBD requires accounting records to be retained for ten years, which the Scale plan covers — but the durable copy belongs in your own archive and in DATEV, not here.
Do you need write access to Stripe?
No. A restricted key with read access to balance transactions is enough, and it is all we ask for. The key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and is never used to move money.
Is this tax advice?
No. We produce a correctly formatted file from your Stripe data using a documented account mapping. Whether that mapping is right for your business is a question for your Steuerberater, and every account is overridable.
